As Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at McClement, Andrew Both’s experience in the McDonald’s system and strong reputation for collaboration make him a go-to person for all types of advice. With a degree in Communications and a natural gift for bringing people together, he’s built a career on openness, trust and an uncanny ability to keep complex initiatives moving forward while still keeping everyone on the same page.

Andrew played a pivotal role in bringing the McDonald’s Headquarters (MHQ) restaurant to life. By working with global menu teams and operations to source and showcase international McDonald’s items, he helped make this highly visible location a success. That project, among many others, reinforced his belief in the power of teamwork and cross-functional hustle. Whether you're on his team or just passing by his desk, Andrew creates the kind of environment where people feel heard, supported and empowered.

Born and raised in Illinois, Andrew is the second oldest of five and credits his father for modeling hard work and perseverance. From an early age, Andrew was drawn to marketing—perhaps because growing up with four siblings required him to master the art of strategic communication.

Now married to a wonderful wife and with two daughters of his own, Andrew enjoys family adventures like hiking, going to the beach and even flying. It says a lot that podcasts like Built Different resonate with him, so don’t be surprised to learn Andrew is always up for a challenge. As a nice counterbalance for all that energy, he cherishes easy Sunday mornings when he can sip coffee on the couch while watching his daughters play.
