Andrew, our Sr. Director of Supply Chain, is driving strategic leadership in our core team, fostering connectivity across our network. His people-first approach with McDonald’s ensures a focus on safety, quality, and the well-being of all involved.

Having joined McClement in 2017 as Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Andrew's journey has been marked by roles at McCain Foods, where his passion for supply chain blossomed. His dedication to enhancing efficiencies and identifying cost-saving opportunities continues to make a significant impact. Highlights from his 4-year tenure at McCain include logistics and distribution planning, long term inventory management, capacity planning and supply planning. Andrew took on the role of Supply Planner at various production and warehouse facilities, and previously served as a Deployment Planner prior to that role.

A native of Illinois, Andrew earned his BS in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
