Kimberly Henny

The Senior Director of Business Solutions at McClement, Kimberly Henny is a seasoned professional with more than a decade experience in the McDonald’s system. With a degree in Food & Nutrition and training in Culinary Arts, she approaches each challenge with a chef’s precision and a strategist’s eye. Her career path started with a homemade wedding cake at age 13 and hasn’t slowed down since.

Known for her commitment to finding solutions and her unfailing energy, Kimberly is the person teammates turn to when they need a straight answer. She’s passionate about systems that work, teams that move fast and ideas that stick. Whether it’s pivoting through COVID chaos or launching product-testing platforms, she’s been at the helm of meaningful, fast-paced innovation—and is always quick to credit the hardworking team around her for making it possible.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find her roaming the eight-acre organic farm she runs with her husband and two kids. The farm is a flurry of activity with chickens, bees, horses and more, which is just the way Kimberly likes it. In fact, she passes time extra fast during her commute to work by listening to podcasts on double speed.

Before settling down, she lived in New Zealand and now loves introducing her kids to international flavors ranging from rambutan to fresh tamarind. Around the office, we also benefit from her farm-fresh eggs, honey, garlic and superior cooking skills. (We can’t not mention that she was once on the front page of the New York Sun for a gingerbread replica of Ellis Island.)
