Monica Sowers is the kind of leader who brings clarity, structure and a steady dose of perspective to every table at which she sits. As Vice President of Finance & Administration at McClement Management Group, she’s been the engine behind the numbers of the company for more than 15 years.

With a degree in Accounting and CPA credentials to match, Monica is a natural when it comes to bringing order to complexity. She leads with objectivity, life experience and a deep sense of accountability. These are qualities that have made her a go-to person for management, decision support and the big-picture strategy behind initiatives like McClement’s Pricing Protocol agreements with McDonald’s.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Monica is a proud wife, mother of four and dog mom to two pups. She’s a self-professed rule follower who swears she was a professional organizer in another life. Her daily routine is a perfect balance of discipline and intention guided by the four Ws: workout, walk, water and worship.

Above all, she admires honest, hardworking people who keep it real—even if part of that is owning up to their own contradictions. (Like how she loves coffee shops even though she doesn’t drink coffee.) During the weekend, you’ll find her spending time with her family, going to mass and hitting a hot yoga class.
