As VP – Finance and Administration at McClement, Monica oversees the company’s financial functions as well as corporate operations.  
 
Monica has been at McClement since 2010.  Prior to joining McClement, Monica worked at The Nielsen Company where she spent 10 years in various accounting and finance positions; she was awarded Finance Leader of the Year during her tenure there. She also spent time at Waste Management as an Auditor and Accounting Manager.  Monica began her career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse. 
 
Monica earned a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and an MBA from DePaul University.  She is also a CPA.
