With over 20 years of experience in international Quality, R&D, and food association environments, Rebeca has built a reputation for delivering innovative solutions and advancing operational efficiencies that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
A native of Costa Rica, Rebeca earned her degree in Food Engineering from the University of Costa Rica. Her extensive career spans leadership roles within food manufacturing facilities and corporate environments, where she has gained deep expertise in all facets of the food industry—from ideation and product development through commercialization. She has successfully collaborated with customers and suppliers in global markets, strengthening partnerships and ensuring seamless execution of quality and food safety initiatives.
Known for her scientific acumen, strategic thinking, and strong leadership, Rebeca excels at managing complex projects, optimizing quality assurance programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. She has led and trained cross-functional teams across manufacturing, laboratories, and executive settings, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
