President
The President of McClement, Scott McClement is a seasoned leader with nearly four decades of experience in the McDonald’s system. His career journey began quite literally at the ground level, as company janitor, and has evolved into his current role today.
Scott is known for his creative problem-solving, open communication and ability to balance strategic vision with operational pragmatism. He views obstacles as puzzles, often approaching them from diverse perspectives to land on the best solution. Just as important to him is setting the precedent in the office that laughter is encouraged.
Through it all, Scott stays rooted in the three-legged-stool philosophy that defines the McDonald’s ecosystem: There should be strong collaboration among supplier, franchisee and company.
Outside of work, he channels his energy into mountain biking, snowboarding, scuba diving, exploring and strumming his guitar. He’s also known around the office as the go-to guy for music venue suggestions and travel tips.
In another life? He swears he was either a world-famous guitarist or a champion snowboarder. Honestly, it tracks.
