Scott Fitzgerald serves as Vice President and General Manager at McClement Management, where he oversees cross-functional departmental execution to support supplier and corporate strategies within the McDonald’s system. He brings a servant leadership approach to the business, coupled with a passion for operational excellence. Since joining McClement in 2021, Scott has played a pivotal role in aligning organizational efforts with strategic objectives.

Before joining McClement, Scott served as McDonald’s Business Lead for Aryzta North America (formerly Fresh Start Bakeries) from 2008. With over 24 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, he has held leadership roles across various cross-functional areas. As Vice President of R&D/Commercialization, Scott utilized his extensive manufacturing expertise to drive innovation and successfully commercialize value-added platforms within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.

Known for his commitment to continuous improvement, Scott prioritizes both his team and customer. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communication from California State University, Northridge.
