Scott McClement

Scott McClement was born on November 12, 1968. He attended Illinois State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992. After graduation, Scott began his career at McCormick & Company, focusing on Product Development. In 1995, he decided to join the family business, McClement Management Group.

Over the years, Scott has gained extensive experience across all aspects of the business, including New Products Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, and Project Management. Through his dedication to the company’s growth, he has come to deeply appreciate the significance of McDonald’s unique "Three-Legged Stool" philosophy.

As he leads the company into the future, Scott is committed to building on its strong foundation and positioning McClement Management Group for the next 50 years of success.
